We thank you for your continued business and support.  To better fulfill your needs, the Schulz Electric Controls and Systems Integration Department has expanded our  facility.  We have added almost 1000sq. ft. of offices and conference area, and in turn expanded our panel building area to accommodate your panel building needs. We look forward to continuing to provide you with innovative solutions to your systems integration needs.

  • The Schulz Electric Controls and Panel Shop will work with your engineering firm to ensure smooth transition from old to new, and assist in the rigorous process of full systems integration of pumps, motors and controls. 

EXAMPLES:

Right: Touch Screen used by one Connecticut municipality's water treatment facility operators to enter water levels, pump choices, etc.

Above: L to R Water Treatment facility in Connecticut utilizing a new system which integrates a custom Touch Screen, PLCs and Variable Frequency Drives.  The water treatment facility operators simply enter the level of inches desired, select primary and secondary pumps, and the new system will automatically adjust the speeds of the pumps to maintain desired levels.  There is also an automatic backup in place if the primary pump fails.

Above, L to R: Controls to operate an auto-feed metal press, Middle: Condensate Filtration System for a utility.  System provides manual and automatic control of six filter vessels and backwash receiving tank. System flow is approximately 30,000 gpm.  The system also monitors and datalogs condensate system flow and pressure, and provides automatic control capability for removing dirty filters from service, backwashing them, and returning them to service. Right: control system for clean water pumps.

abblogo11.bmp (193338 bytes)Schulz Electric is the New Systems Integrator for ABB Drives.  This cooperation includes coordinated multi-drive systems and bypass options.

weglogo2.bmp (76086 bytes)WEG systems integration can be utilized in utilities, power houses, cooling towers, fans, rock crushers, and more.  Schulz Electric recently completed the integration of 16/ 75 HP VFD drives into a complete control package for a state-of-the-art co-generation facility.  This project combined Schulz's skills at design, construction, and start up into a complete package.  Schulz handled the project from proposal to power up.

gefanuc.bmp (22502 bytes) GE Fanuc has announced the acceptance of The Schulz Electric Company's Control/Systems Division into the GE Fanuc Cimvar program. Coupled with Schulz's long-standing FASTRAC status, GE Fanuc now has a very capable systems integrator in CT.

    Schulz Electric Company's presence in New England as a high quality motor re-builder, control panel designer, and systems house that integrates AC/DC drives and PLC's into coordinated control packages is well established. Field service and new products divisions support the presence. This allows the customer turnkey packages both initially and during follow-up maintenance and field modifications.
