The Schulz Group Provides Energy Saving Systems by Integrating Pumps, Motors & Controls

March 18, 2009

Designing and installing energy saving systems is a core focus of the Custom Controls and System Integration Department of Schulz Electric Company in New Haven.

Schulz has provided turnkey systems for industries such as wastewater and freshwater treatment, manufacturing, chemical, power generation facilities, and municipalities. Some of the types of sensing controls involved include level, oxygen, temperature, pressure, flow and chemical concentration.

Energy savings are also seen immediately with power company rebates and funding of up to 50% of the project cost in some cases, such as HVAC systems, constant torque manufacturing equipment, fluid oxygen sensing to control blower costs, odor sensing to control blower speeds and influent tank level sensing to control pump speeds.

The Controls and Panel Shop will work with you to ensure a smooth transition from old systems to new, and assist in the rigorous process of full systems integration of pumps motors and controls. Schulz Electric Company has provided energy efficiency solutions to their industrial customers for years and would be happy to advise you of the potential savings in your facility.
