A Big Thank You to Our Customers for Reaching Out!
We are always so extremely pleased to receive customer feedback, before, during and after a job. A huge part of our efforts to continuously improve the quality of our products and services is based on the feedback we receive frm you, our loyal customers.
We recently received two emails from customers that we are very proud to share. Both of these come to us in response to work done by our Field Services/Diagnostic Services team.
The first comes from a customer who called us to rebuild a blower. He himself is a former motor repair shop employee and General Foreman. This is what he had to say, "The work [at our Massachusetts location] went excellent. My guys said they didn’t even know the blower was running. They were also very impressed with the professionalism of your men. This unit always made noise since my two operators started to work here, even after some bearing work prior to today.
Please let your guys who were on site know that we are very pleased with their work and professionalism. Also let the powers that be at your company know that we are very pleased with all you have done for [us] thus far.
We will be scheduling the other blower to have the same work done when the weather gets more comfortable. I look forward to working with you and your associates in the future. Thank you."
Great job to the Schulz Employees who were on this job! The next comes to us from a municipality in Connecticut. Our Field Services team was sent to replace a panel. "Hi John, I wanted to let you know that the panel replacement at [our facility] went smoothly. Your workmen Carl and Eric were great throughout the whole process. They were professional and helpful. Their attention to detail was evident by the finished project. I'm sure you know that these are two talented individuals. I think they both deserve an ATTA BOY for a job well done. Thanks again."
